Message So I'm curious... here is what happened...

Came into a nice tight S curve offramp (goes off to the right at a 60 degree angle, then almost does a 90 degree curve to the left, then a sharp almost 90 to the right where it merges with traffic). Speed limit was 25mph on the curve, but I took it at about 60 going in, then slowed to about 50 for the first curve as its a wider lane, then down shifted from 3rd to 2nd and went through the last corner about 40mph... thing was, right as I downshift a number of things were going on, which caused a "clunk" in the left rear... just as I started to leave the 2nd corner to enter the third, I'd just changed directions (wheel to the left, and now changed to the right), put in the clutch, blipped the throttle, downshifted matching everything perfectly, rear grabbed a little and I felt the rear kinda shimmy as if the left side pulled back harder than the right and heard a faint "clunk" from the back left of the car... nothing effecting the smoothness of the ride or travel of the suspension or even smoothness of the deceleration/throttle... it just kinda clunked and everything kept moving...

Its been "clunking" in the back over certain uneven bumps making me think the shock was loose at the top or something, so last weekend I pulled the rear apart and checked all the bolts on the top of the shock/shock tower; everything was tight... It became less frequent, and quieter, but its still there... Anyone have any ideas? I'm think its something to do with the multilink suspension pieces... what should I check and how should I check it? Simply put it on a lift and shake the f&@k out of it? See if anything clunks? Cuz I've tried that with it just sitting... pushing down the rear, trying to jiggle the tire etc... nothing makes noise... Ideas?

Thanks,
KaZ
